Head Coach - Andy Rhee
Coaching and teaching the next generation of soccer players is a privlage that I take very seriously. As the vounteer head coach for the Hamilton Falcons, my vision and goal is to create a friendly enviroment for our young players to learn the game of soccer. Through carefully constructed activities as well as providing experiences on the field, my goal is to enable our players to grow and develop on the technical, emotional and physical level.
I have played soccer for most of my life. I left the sport for a few years to focus on my education and family. After graduating from Cornell University, I began to look for opportunities to get back into the sport. An opportunity was presented to manage and coach a team in New York City. For 6 years, I've coached a number of teams (both outdoor and indoor soccer teams).
My wife and I moved from New York to Hamilton, NJ in 2016. After watching a youth soccer game on a lazy Sunday afternoon, the itch to coach soccer came back like wildfire. Even though my children are currently too young to play the sport, I knew I had to somehow reconnect with the sport. I reached out to Hamilton Soccer Club and that was how I began my current chapter as a coach for the Hamilton Falcons.
